The Rosé de Saignée from Boulard is indeed a special case. It is quite the opposite of the usual pale and delicate rosé from champagne you’ve been accustomed to. here the colour is strong, red fruits aromas intense. Quite an experience!

Born from the “terroir” of Mailly rated 100% in the scale of the champagne “terroirs”. Boulard’s Grand cru is made of 90% Pinot Noirs and 10% of Chardonnay to give it its elegance.

CUVÉE PETRAEA XCVII-XCIX Brut


Petraea comes from “quercus petraea” the name of the oakwood used for the barrels. Petraea is made using the “solera” principle: when the new vintage is added to the barrel, an equivalent quantity is taken out thus blending the different vintages. Petraea is made from 1997+1998+1999 vintages
