CHARDONNAY - Vin de pays d'Oc

Golden-yellow white wine with silver tints. Brilliant and limpid with fine, regular tears. Fine, pleasing nose of exotic fruits, acacia blossom and lavender. Frank, ample front of palate. A crisp, very fruity wine with a hint of banana. Extraordinarily long finish.

SAUVIGNON - Vin de pays d'Oc

Pale yellow colour with green and silver tints. Fine, regular tears on the glass. Pleasant nose of citrus and exotic fruits, freshly cut fennel and lime. Vibrant, fine and balanced front of palate with a long finish.

CHARDONNAY Oak-fermented

Pale yellow white wine. Fine, regular tears. Very fine, pleasingly powerful nose with wood, vanilla and hazelnut. Very supple, floral palate, satisfyingly fat with a long finish. The fermentation in oak nicely rounds out this very elegant wine.

SYRAH - Vin de pays d'Oc

The first time henry bouchard let me taste this wine he told me he had a “light” syrah that might be suited for a “varietal” wine, well I still wonder how are his other syrah as this one is anything but light….a delight.

MERLOT - Vin de pays d'Oc

Deep red colour. Toasty nose with notes of boxwood and jammy fruit. In fact, this is a cocktail of ripe fruits, all crushed strawberry and raspberry jam. Generous, harmonious palate with tannins, which are firm but already warm and velvety. Long, full finish with a nicely developing bouquet. A harmonious wine, ready for drinking now.

ROSÉ - Vin de pays d'Oc

CUVEE ALLIANCE RED - Vdp côtes de Thongue

The name of this cuvee is especially appropriate for the clean, typically Mediterranean wine behind it. Beautifully made and perfect in every way, with its layered aromas of eucalyptus, menthol and tobacco. A crisp, youthful bright cherry to ruby colour with slightly brownish tints, both deep and brilliant. The front of palate is pleasing and fresh, with soft, light tannins evolving deliciously to a long and harmonious finish. Perceptibly tannic, auguring a fine future. A well-structured, aromatically complex wine.

CUVEE ALLIANCE ROSE - Vdp côtes de Thongue

Beautiful pale rose colour due to low-temperature fermentation. Perfect limpidity with regular tears. Pleasantly subtle nose with a supple, but crisp palate. Fine balance, with vibrant acidity and notes of raspberry, blackcurrant, blackberry and wild blossom.

CUVEE ALLIANCE WHITE - Vdp côtes de Thongue

Intense golden yellow colour with limpid green tints, charmingly fruity and floral. Fine, many-layered, powerful nose of honey, spice, boxwood and exotic fruits. The predominating characteristic of this vinous wine is its fullness even on the front of palate, which evolves to a still generous mid-palate with a curiously crisp finish. Elegant, fine, full-bodied and structured - a heady, altogether well-crafted wine highly typical of Mediterranean whites.

This wine has been made the same way for five generations to produce a fruity table wine for everyday consumption.

SAINT MARTIAL - Vdp des côtes de Thongue

Beautiful dress of yellow color gold with a beautiful brightness, the nose is precise of a frank definition, of a good level of maturity. The mouth is of a ramarquable framework, with fat, roundness and a good balance fruit, wood.

L'ESTAGNOL - Vdp des côtes de Thongue

Typically Mediterranean wine with the gasolines of guarrigues, thyme, rosemary, cyste. The colour is dark crimson. The attack in the mouth is round, flexible, elegant, is very related to the fruit.

LISSAC - Vdp des côtes de Thongue

Brilliantly limpid deep red with purple tints, fine tears on the glass. A fine nose of elegant vanilla, fruit and spice, with notes of plum, cherry, earth and coconut. Gentle front of palate evolving harmoniously to a rather fresh finish. A fat, full, powerful and rich palate of vanilla and cherried fruit. The tannic structure promises excellent aging. A finely crafted wine.
