AMV Diffusion SARL was founded in 1991 by André Vergnaud after working for many years as an export manager for some renowned French wine companies.
His aim is to help the wine growers of the region of Languedoc-Roussillon and Rhone Valley sell their wines. He acts as their export manager.
 

In 2004, Boris Politi of KALYA WINES and André Vergnaud of AMV DIFFUSION decided to unite the strengths of their respective companies and thus offer a wider range of fine and sometimes rare quality wines chosen for their high marketability.
